A keen lover of the outdoors and staying active, she has experience being a competitive swimmer, lover of aerial sports, and has also represented GB & Ireland playing tag rugby internationally.

I first discovered Pilates in 2019 when I was searching for a program that would improve my fitness level. I really like how Pilates exercises emphasize the functional side of our body.

Grace

Grace is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She found her passion for fitness when she first discovered Yoga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2014 and later on, CrossFit.
