About
Rachel’s Sunday morning class is one that welcomes beginners as well as those wishing to revisit the foundational yoga poses. You’ll hold poses for a few breaths as she guides you through proper alignment and encourages you to experiment and explore. Each class is accompanied by an upbeat playlist to keep things light-hearted and fun, as she sneaks in drills that will build the strength, flexibility, and confidence you need to develop your own practice.

Description
Rachel is a Yoga Alliance Certified 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher. She deepened her passion for yoga after discovering she has scoliosis as an adult, and loves how the practice provides her with the tools to not only help manage the condition, but also life’s more chaotic moments! She has always been active, and confesses to once believing yoga was ‘just stretching’ and dismissing it as she preferred more ‘intense workouts’. However, having experienced just how beneficial cultivating a mind-body connection and a regular yoga practice can be, Rachel is now enthusiastic about sharing it. She teaches her classes with a firm belief in encouraging students to find a practice that feels good for their bodies; rather than looks a certain way.
