HarbourFit for Families is a unique opportunity to reconnect parents with their young kids through purposeful play and step up physical activity in families at the same time. Each session is a fantastic way to add fitness, movements and games to your families’ routine that they’ll enjoy and benefit from.

The main focus is to build up the core system focusing mostly on abs, spine, and strength. Allow yourself to improve body awareness and muscle endurance during exercises.

HarbourFit for Adults is a high-intensity circuit training that involves both cardio and bodyweight movements. It alternates between upper, lower body and core work as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. It is a fun and interactive way for anyone at any fitness level to be physically active.
