HarbourFit for Families is a unique opportunity to reconnect parents with their young kids through purposeful play and step up physical activity in families at the same time. Each session is a fantastic way to add fitness, movements and games to your families’ routine that they’ll enjoy and benefit from.

The play will be casual and for fun. If someone is unfamiliar with how to play volleyball, we will teach/train new players off to the side of the court while other games are being played.
On occasion, there will be official matches scheduled. Casual players are more than welcome to stay and watch as well as play casually again after these matches are completed.
Teams will be randomly picked and dive up.
Teams will consist of both male and female players.
SOP reminder:
1. Players must be fully vaccinated as well as have a (Low Risk) Mysejahtra profile.
2. Temperature Checks and scanning of the QR code is required upon arrival.
3. Absolutely no sharing or beverages, as well as players are encouraged to maintain Social Distancing and wear a mask while not playing.

Co-ed Beach Volleyball is played (4 vs 4), (5 vs 5), or (6 vs 6).

Disc Golf is played like traditional golf, but with disc golf discs (frisbees)instead of balls and clubs. One throw (stroke) is counted each time the disc (frisbee) is thrown and when a penalty is incurred. The goal is to play each hole in the fewest strokes possible. The player with the lowest total strokes for the entire course wins. The hole is completed when the disc comes to rest in a disc golf basket.
Disc Golf is an amazing way to exercise as well as maintain Social Distancing.
If playing in a group, players should always keep their distance as well as refrain from touching other players’ discs (frisbees).

HarbourFit for Adults is a high-intensity circuit training that involves both cardio and bodyweight movements. It alternates between upper, lower body and core work as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. It is a fun and interactive way for anyone at any fitness level to be physically active.
