Tuesday class:
This is a 8.30am energizing Tuesday morning class which helps to develop body strength through drills and flow. A vinyasa-hatha based class.

Friday class:
This is a 7am strong and stretchy morning Friday class. This morning yoga class offer a mixed of strong and soft practices which helps to boost strong mind and reduce body fatigue.
