    Rachel’s Sunday morning class is one that welcomes beginners as well as those wishing to revisit the foundational yoga poses. You’ll hold poses for a few breaths as she guides you through proper alignment and encourages you to safely experiment and explore. Each class is accompanied by an upbeat playlist, as she sneaks in drills that will build the strength, flexibility, and confidence you need to develop your own practice.

    To join:  Advanced registration is required via this Mindful Johor website (i.e. no walk-ins), and please bring your own mat and RM20 cash. That’s it!
