  • Mat Pilates with Hui Yeen

    The main focus is to build up the core system focusing mostly on abs, spine, and strength. Allow yourself to improve body awareness and muscle endurance during exercises.

    How can practicing Pilates helps you?

    – Improve your posture & alignment that will result in less pain (especially on the knees, lower back, and neck)
    – Improve your core strength that can prevent sports injury
    – Improve mobility & flexibility to move better in your daily activities

    Beginner to intermediate level class.

    Every Tuesday, 6 pm (1 hour)

    Type A ticket can be used for one session per person

  • Mat Pilates with Rachel

    RM20.00

    Pilates focuses on creating balance in the body by strengthening the core and postural muscles .  Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop control and endurance. With Mat Pilates, this is achieved through low impact (but intense!) exercises that rely on your own body weight to provide resistance for your muscles to work against.

    This class is beginner friendly.

    To join:  Advanced registration is required via this Mindful Johor website (no walk-ins), and please bring your own mat and RM20 cash. That’s it!

    Mat Moves is an all-levels 50-minute mat Pilates session that aims to improve your functional day-to-day movements. Each session is designed with fluid transitions to strengthen the core muscles, incorporate appropriate breathing techniques and emphasise stability and mobility. Pilates focuses on developing your awareness, breath, balance, control, concentration, centre, efficiency, flow, harmony, and precision.

    Beginner to intermediate level class.

    Tuesday, 6pm (50 minutes)

    Sunday, 8.30am (50 minutes)
