Step 2: Turn up at Caribbean Juice Bar, Puteri Harbour during their opening hours and show your booking confirmation to their friendly staff.
Step 3: Leave cash OR id as deposit
Step 4: Collect the ball, net and have loads of fun
Step 5: Return equipment before their closing times
Step 6: Collect your deposit

Rachel’s Sunday morning class is one that welcomes beginners as well as those wishing to revisit the foundational yoga poses. You’ll hold poses for a few breaths as she guides you through proper alignment and encourages you to safely experiment and explore. Each class is accompanied by an upbeat playlist, as she sneaks in drills that will build the strength, flexibility, and confidence you need to develop your own practice.
