This is a 8.30am strong and stretchy morning Friday class. This morning yoga class offer a mixed of strong and soft practices which helps to boost strong mind and reduce body fatigue.

To join: Advanced registration is required via this Mindful Johor website (no walk-ins), and please bring your own mat and RM20 cash. That’s it!
