Your teacher, Trine, first fell in love with yoga in her early twenties. It challenged her body, and it became an anchor that she returned to repeatedly until it sparked the idea of something more. In 2011, Trine finally became a Yoga Alliance registered teacher while living in Bali. Naturally curious and with love for learning, she has explored courses in Anatomy & Physiology, Meditation & Mindfulness, Chinese Medicine, Myofascial Release, and completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training as a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. She is also a certified Qigong level II teacher, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. Trine is excited to be sharing with you the science behind Yoga, Qigong and other mindfulness practices, and its benefits on your body, mind and soul, so look out for upcoming classes, workshops and programs with Trine on the Mindful Johor platform.

Indulge yourself in this 100 minutes yoga practice with Apple! Each practice will be themed around a skill or technique that will help you understand your body better and have a safer asana practice. First, we will cultivate interoceptive awareness through warm-ups and drills. Then, we flow through a series of breath-led movements. Finally, we tune our awareness inwards and ease into a mindful rest. Necessary props will be provided. Just bring your yoga mat, a big towel, a hand towel, and water bottle! Daunting to dive into a long practice? Friends new to yoga can also opt to attend the first 45 minutes of this practice.
